PALM adopts a unique Made-to-Order model to eliminate fast-fashion and shift towards a slower, more responsible model.

We also hold a limited range of stock for popular items called Ready-to-Send.

All orders are fulfilled under one of these processes, or a combination of the two, from one of our locations.


MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS

As part of our sustainability ethos; and aiming to tread lighter on this earth, we are now making each piece upon purchase. Handmade to order in our Production Studio, your swimsuit will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks. 

Made-to-Order items are shipped via international DHL Express post which is normally an additional 4-8 business days depending on your location.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Your order is processed and scheduled for production.
Step 2: Your sustainable fabric and materials are checked and then cut to your style and size.
Step 3: Your cut fabric is then allocated to one of our talented machine technicians for sewing.
Step 4: All the final finishes touches such as hardware and labels are added to your sewn swim.
Step 5: Your swim proceeds to the last quality check.
Step 6:  Your finished swim pieces are packaged and wrapped, ready to dispatch from our Production Studio.
Step 7: You will then be notified with a shipping confirmation. All orders are shipped with tracked shipping.
Step 8: Your order will undergo its shipping.

This process normally takes between 1-2 weeks from order confirmation before being sent, however please allow up to 3 weeks during busier periods. They will be sent out sooner if possible. 


READY-TO-SEND

Our Ready-to-Send items are our most popular items carefully selected to minimise wait times on orders.

These items will normally dispatch within 24 hours but may take longer if part of the order is required to enter our Made-to-Order Process. 


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

COVID-19 Shipping Update

Due to the COVID-19 global situation, all orders are currently shipped with DHL Express direct from Indonesia and Australia Post if shipped from Australia and have been subject to a price increase.

Please expect up to 10 days shipping delay that is beyond our control. Most airfreights are cancelled and backlogged due to the shortage of flights globally.

Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated at this time and we hope the situation changes soon. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at info@palmswimwear.com and someone from our customer service team will gladly assist.

Orders are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post or Indonesia via DHL Express, depending on stock availability and/or order process.

Orders are dispatched and processed daily during business hours. (9am-5pm AWST, Monday to Friday).

Tracked shipping times are 5-15 business days but may vary depending on your location and the location your order is being sent from.

Shipping rates can be found at checkout and are specific to your location.

USA Orders

Orders within the United States of America are charged in USD.
Free shipping on orders over $250

Australian Orders

Orders within Australia are charged in AUD.
Free shipping on orders over $200

New Zealand Orders

Orders within New Zealand are charged in NZD.
Free shipping on orders over $250

All Other International Orders

Orders within Europe are charged in USD.
Orders within the United Kingdom are charged in USD.
Orders within Canada are charged in USD.
Orders within Asia are charged in USD.
All orders everywhere else are charged in USD.

If you wish to upgrade your service or add insurance for ease of mind at an extra cost, please email us at info@palmswimwear before you place your order and one of our team members will happily arrange this for you.

*Please check that the correct address has been submitted with your initial order, including the building name and unit number if applicable. If you accidentally input the incorrect address, please email us immediately so that it can be amended before the time it is dispatched. Once your order has been sent, PALM will not be held accountable for any orders placed with incorrect addresses.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM & IMPORT FEES

PALM SWIMWEAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUYER’S CUSTOM, DUTIES, TAX AND CLEARANCE FEES. THESE FEES ARE ENFORCED BY YOUR RESIDING COUNTRY. CUSTOMERS WHO REFUSE SHIPMENT WILL STILL BE CHARGED. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR COUNTRY’S TAX AND IMPORT REGULATIONS BEFORE COMMITTING TO YOUR PURCHASE. 

Extra charges (sales tax, clearance and customs duty) may occur depending on your residing country and local customs charges. Please check your country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the receiver’s expense. Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the receiver. Unfortunately PALM has no control over these charges, and customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, duty and custom charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, and we are not required to refund the order.


CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

In the instance that you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you do so within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at info@palmswimwear.com to do so.
