As a business, we are fortunate to be able to continue to operate at this time, and are doing everything in our control to maintain hygiene and safety practices.
SAFETY & HYGIENE MEASURES
We continue to adhere to all relevant health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the World Health Organisation. We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene throughout the production and postage process of your swimwear purchases, and ensuring that our employees only attend work in full health and without having come into contact with known cases. 
DELIVERY SAFETY MEASURES
Our delivery partner, DHL, is maintaining its delivery services worldwide at this time. It has ensured its drivers are trained on the appropriate safety measures and health guidelines to follow. 
DHL does additionally offer the option of opting for contactless delivery, which does not require a handover and signature, should you prefer to do so. This allows drivers to drop your parcel at your door without contact.
DELIVERY DELAYS
DUE TO COVID-19, ALL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPED WITH DHL AND HAVE BEEN SUBJECT TO A PRICE INCREASE. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL DUE TO FLIGHT AND TRANSPORT DELAYS.
We endeavour to deliver all orders as soon as possible given the current circumstances, however anticipate that there may be delays at times. We will contact you should there be any delays in you receiving your purchase.
