We are happy to exchange any full-priced, unworn swimwear for another size, style or colour.
To make a return, please complete the online return form below within 14 days of receiving your goods.
We recommend that you send returns by registered post and take note of the tracking number as we cannot send out any replacements until your package is received.
PALM will not be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.


When returning goods, please:

  • Look up your order by entering your order number and email address below. (#PSXXXX. *You must enter # before your order number)

  • Send back your unworn and unaltered swimwear for return, including packaging and all tags intact, including the hygiene strip to the following address:


  • All exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge via regular, tracked post (3-7 working days within Australia, 10-15 working days for everywhere else).
* Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be exchanged
* Store credit can be issued in place of exchanges that are unavailable.

Please note that we only offer refunds for faulty items that cannot be replaced or repaired.
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item please complete the returns form and we will personally assist you to resolve the issue.
